How the Capacity Building Programme Works

The Capacity Building Programme will take place approximately between September 2025 and May 2026, combining both asynchronous and synchronous learning components. Once registered, each organisation or network may nominate different members to follow the various training topics, depending on their roles and relevance to the themes covered.

The programme includes online video lessons, readings, exercises, and live sessions. While live sessions are limited in number of participants to ensure interactivity, recordings will be available for those who cannot attend. The learning structure follows a logical progression; therefore, participants are encouraged to follow the proposed sequence of lessons.

The overall completion rate is calculated at organisational level—not individual level. This means that if one member completes 50% of the training and another completes 100%, the average will be considered (in this case 75%). This flexibility allows teams to divide participation by expertise and availability, while still working towards the minimum 70% completion required to access Capacity Building Successful Completion Certificate and further support.

Note: The various sub-topics within the programme are often interconnected, so it is not advisable to assign many separate individuals to each single topic of a Module unless strictly necessary.
